Marketplace role

Highway introduces sellers to approved dealers. Highway is not a party to the sale and does not hold funds or title.

Sellers

Sellers must describe their car honestly, including damage, mods and mechanical issues, and approve a reserve before the auction. If a dealer's bid meets the reserve, the seller agrees to sell at the final price.

Dealers

Dealers must hold valid credentials and be approved. Bids are sealed maximums and follow the published lock rules. The winner owes the Highway fee: the higher of $250 or 5% of the final price.
